Error 21 Stryker High Flow Insufflator

Hi:
I am having trouble with a 20L Stryker High Flow Insufflator.

It shows me E21!.

Does somebody know what E21 is?

que tal jorge lamentablemente tengo el mismo problema con un equipo de 30 litros, he intentado aislar el problema pero no he podido, yo tambien estoy buscando ayuda, si encuentro algo o resuelvo el problema yo te aviso, espero si tu lo llegas a resolver primero tambien me lo hagas saber.

Tengo el mismo problema me marca E21 pero ami me paso que conectaron una manguera que tenia liquido adentro. A ustedes solo les aparecio asi?
